We seek affordable and profitable solutions that are themselves climate resilient and performative with increasing climate effects. Products and systems must be superscalable on a distributed basis.

Investment Approach

Morphosis operates a flexible investment strategy, working collaboratively with our investor partners and through on-balance sheet and off-balance sheet structures.

Morphosis leads and co-invests in IP-based products and systems, working with category expert partners. We typically invest $1m-$5m at series A phase in businesses with strong teams, proven technology or systems, and market traction.‍
We make investments in real assets in global food supply and nature-as-service systems working with specialist investment manager partners.‍

Morphosis works with adaptation solution businesses to support strategic and execution planning, and to expedite solution implementation with market access, regulatory pathways, execution know-how and project finance arrangement.
