Morphosis invests transversally in highly scalable IP-based products and systems, and in real-assets for global food supply and nature-as-service infrastructures.

What We Invest In
In an environment of ongoing and impactful climate change, Morphosis focuses its investment on adaptation solutions that are productised technologies, systems and infrastructures meeting basic needs for water, nutrition, health, habitat and financing. Solutions facilitate resilience, social cohesion and inclusive economic prosperity for households and businesses. The product and system categories we invest in include water, materials tech, biotech and agritech for nutrition, regen agriculture, insuretech and financial arrangement, risk intelligence, and nature asset management.
Investment Approach
Morphosis operates a flexible investment strategy, working collaboratively with our investor partners through appropriate structures.
- We lead and co-invest in IP-based products and systems, working with category expert partners
- We typically invest $1m-$5m at series A phase in businesses with strong teams, proven technology or systems, and market traction.
- We make investments in real assets in global food supply and nature-as-service systems working with specialist investment manager partners.
- We work with adaptation solution businesses to support strategic and execution planning, funding consortia facilitation, and to expedite solution implementation with market access, regulatory pathways, execution know-how and project finance arrangement.
