Ingrid is a Partner at Morphosis, where she focuses on adaptation investments and the Adaptation Economy. She brings over 25 years of executive experience across private and public markets, specialising in sustainability, impact and nature investing. Ingrid has multi stakeholder engagement experience having advised supranational, corporates, asset owners and regulators on these topics. She was previously Executive Director and Head of Impact and Sustainable Investing at Federated Hermes, where she led the creation of a quantifiable impact and biodiversity database to assess equities, in collaboration with the Natural History Museum in London. Prior roles include Lazard and Jupiter Asset Management. She served as Co-Chair of the Natural Capital Investment Alliance, part of the Sustainable Markets Initiative, and is an expert member of the International Advisory Panel on Biodiversity Credits. In 2024 and 2025 she was included among Fin-Erth's 101 Global Female Leaders in Nature and Climate and in 2023 was a finalist in Investment Week’s Sustainable Woman of the Year. She was also included in Citywire's inaugural global ranking of top 1,000 fund managers. Ingrid is a Board Director at Ainir Cyclotronics.
