Ingrid Kukuljan

Ingrid has over 25 years of executive experience in finance across private and public markets. She is a specialist in nature investing and has worked with asset owners, supranational and corporates. Ingrid was previously Executive Director & Head of Impact and Sustainable Investing at Federated Hermes where she spearheaded the creation of a quantifiable biodiversity impacts database to assess equities, in collaboration with the Natural History Museum in London. Previous roles include Lazard and Jupiter Asset Management. Ingrid was Co-Chair of the Natural Capital Investment Alliance, part of the Sustainable Markets Initiative and is an expert member at the International Advisory Panel on Biodiversity Credits. She is Non-Executive Director at Ainir Cylcotronics. In 2024, she was included in Fin-Erth’s 101 Global Female Leaders in Nature and Climate. She was a finalist in Investment Week’s ESG and Sustainable Woman of the Year, and was included in Citywire’s first global ranking of top 1,000 fund managers.
