Sarah is an Associate Director at Morphosis, focused on capital deployment and the bridging of public and private institutions for emerging market adaptation investments. She brings 25 years of experience deploying capital across financial services, fintech, Agtech, WASH, nature and energy sectors in emerging economies, with deep expertise in blended finance structuring. Previously Global Head of Clean Energy Systems for the Private Sector at the Green Climate Fund, she oversaw the structuring of 10+ blended transactions mobilising over USD 1 billion of cross-border private capital from DFIs, MDBs and institutional co-investors, including productive-use-of-energy strategies bridging mitigation and adaptation outcomes. In earlier senior investment roles at responsAbility Investments and Bamboo Capital Partners, she led fundraising and managed the full investment cycle across their equity portfolios, including three IPO exits in emerging markets. She began her career at Bain & Company in the Telecom, Manufacturing and Private Equity practices. Sarah is also an Investment Committee Member of the UN Sanitation & Hygiene Fund. A French-Algerian national, she holds masters of science in Engineering from CentraleSupélec and in Theoretical Physics from Université Paris-Saclay and Imperial College London.
