Nature Asset Protection Entity Facility (NAPf)

The Nature Asset Protection Facility identifies nature-based projects, from mangroves to forests to coral reefs, that reduce fire, flood and climate risk to specific assets. It converts that risk reduction into standardised, investable revenue: lower premiums, reduced write-downs, or a lower cost of capital for the asset owner. Morphosis is building the legal, accounting and financial models that make these deals replicable, so a deal structured once can be underwritten again elsewhere.
